This privacy policy explains the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data on kilzer.global. It is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Hosting
This website is hosted via Vercel Inc. When the website is accessed, technical data (so-called server log files) is automatically transmitted to Vercel, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and time of access. This data serves the technical provision and security of the website. Vercel may transfer data to the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which are intended to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
Analytics tools
This website uses two analytics services to understand and improve how the website is used:
Vercel Analytics
Collects aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g. page views, load times, approximate country of origin) without cookies and without individual user profiles.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of website usage (e.g. page views, time spent, visitor origin, device used). The information generated by the cookie is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers, in some cases in the USA. Google uses this information to evaluate website usage, compile reports, and provide other services related to website usage.
The legal basis for this processing is the visitor's consent (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), where a cookie banner is used, or the legitimate interest in improving the website.
Users can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by disabling cookies in their browser or installing the opt-out browser add-on provided by Google.
